  • 10-01-5:Basic - In-use utensil in non-time/temperature control for safety food not stored with handle above top of food within a closed container. Observed utensil handle touching the coffee inside of the container front counter.
  • 23-03-4:Basic - Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Observed an interior of non in use reach cooler with black mold like substance.
  • 22-43-4:High Priority - Quaternary ammonium sanitizer not at proper minimum strength for manual warewashing. Do not use equipment/utensils not properly sanitized. Observed
  • 29-42-4:High Priority - Vacuum breaker missing at mop sink on fitting/splitter added to mop sink faucet.
  • 53B-16-4:Intermediate - Employee has not received adequate training related to their assigned duties as evidenced by the inability to answer basic food safety questions. Observed the only employee present in charge of the establishment not aware of how to user the three compartment sink or what sanitizer use. Observed the only employee present stated that he was hired less than one week, no proof of food employee reporting agreement.
