  • 22-16-4:Basic - Reach-in cooler /Walk in cooler interior/shelves have accumulation of soil residues. Observed interior of reach in cooler at kitchen area across from fryers spiked with food debris. Observed shelves at walk in cooler soiled with mold like substance.
