- 29-11-4:Basic - Water leaking from pipe and/or faucet/handle. Observed a leak on hand sink faucet located at the ware washing area. **Repeat Violation**
- 22-49-4:High Priority - Dishmachine not sanitizing properly. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Observed bar dishwasher machine with chlorine sanitizer 0 ppm. No dishwasher utensils inside . Sanitizer bucket was not connected, 2 detergent buckets were installed. Executive chef requested the sanitizer immediately. Machine was calibrated. **Corrected On-Site**
- 03A-02-5:High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed : milk (44 F - Cold Holding); half/ half (45F - Cold Holding) at coffee station inside reach in cooler for less than 4 hrs . Compressor was covered with papers and temperature went up.
