  • 31B-04-4:Basic - No handwashing sign provided at a hand sink used by food employees. Observed at the bat.
  • 22-49-4:High Priority - Dishmachine not sanitizing properly. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Observed the Dishwasher (Temperature under 160°F.); The gauges on the machine didn't move and my test strip didn't change color. The chef set up the triple sink. **Corrective Action Taken**
  • 31A-11-4:Intermediate - Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed the cashier rinsing a cup in it.
  • 16-37-1:Intermediate - No chemical test kit provided when using sanitizer at three-compartment sink/warewashing machine or wiping cloths.
  • 16-62-1:Intermediate - No measuring device available for measuring utensil surface temperature when using hot water as sanitizer in a dishmachine.
  • 16-54-4:Intermediate - Wash solution in spray type hot water sanitizing dishmachine not reaching proper temperature according to manufacturer's specifications.
