- 25-05-4:Basic - Single-service articles improperly stored. Observed to go bo pizza boxes on the floor upstairs.

Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Observed the dishwasher machine uses chlorine and it is at 0.00 ppms. The manager continued to prime the machine and it's now at 100 ppms. Corrected On-Site
