  • 10-07-4:Basic - In-use utensil stored in standing water less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed utensils in standing water 83 F at the front line. Employee opened the dipper well faucet to have running water. **Corrected On-Site**

  • 03A-02-5:High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed butter at 62 F left on prep table ( as per employee for less than 4 hrs) . Employee placed the butter on bath Marie immediately. **Corrective Action Taken**
