  • 03B-01-6:High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food, other than whole meat roast, hot held at less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed ; salmon (117F - Hot Holding); rice (117F - Hot Holding). As per the chef the food was prepared approximately 3 hours ago. The took the food back to the main kitchen and reheated the food to over 165°F. **Corrective Action Taken**
