  • 22-20-5:Basic - Accumulation of black/green mold-like substance in the interior of the ice machine/bin. Observed mold like substance inside the ice machine located in front of the walk in freezer.
  • 51-11-4:Basic - Carbon dioxide/helium tanks not adequately secured. Observed CO2 tank at the bar area .
  • 10-01-5:Basic - In-use utensil in non-time/temperature control for safety food not stored with handle above top of food within a closed container. Observed scoop handle touching the flour. Chef fix the scoop position . Corrected On-Site
  • 31B-04-4:Basic - No handwashing sign provided at a hand sink used by food employees. Missing sign at the pasta prep area .
  • 12A-07-5:High Priority - Employee failed to wash hands before putting on gloves to initiate a task working with food. Observed employees just put gloves on without washing their hands when manipulating food items. No soap provided at the stations. Chef coached the employees and they washed their hands.
