  • 29-20-5:Basic - Standing water or very slow draining water in handwash sink, three-compartment sink, or mop sink. Observed very slow draining in the hand sink located at the fish processing area.
  • 12A-07-5:High Priority - Employee failed to wash hands before putting on gloves to initiate a task working with food. Observed employee came from outside put the gloves on without washing his hands, and started wrapping beef to stored it inside walk in cooler. Employee was coached and washed his hands . Corrected On-Site
  • 41-17-4:Intermediate - Spray bottle containing toxic substance not labeled. Observed chemical product inside plastic spray bottle with no label. Employee discarded it. Corrected On-Site

  • 16-46-4:Basic - Old labels stuck to food containers after cleaning. Observed old labels stuck on clean trays. Employee was coached about removing old labels.
  • 08A-20-5:High Priority - Raw animal foods not properly separated from each other in holding unit based upon minimum required cooking temperature. Observed raw chicken sausage above raw pork inside walk-in cooler. Employee inverted the storage order of the products. Corrected On-Site
  • 29-34-4:High Priority - Vacuum breaker missing at hose bibb or on fitting/splitter added to hose bibb. Observed missing backflip at the hose connection located in between the wall and the walk in cooler located in front of the live crustacean tank .
