  • 35B-01-4:Basic - Exterior door has a gap at the threshold that opens to the outside. Observed gap underneath the kitchen door entrance.
  • 36-22-4:Basic - Floor area(s) covered with standing water. All throughout the kitchen and outside bar.
  • 02D-01-5:Basic - Working containers of food removed from original container not identified by common name. Missing label for plastic container with salt at the bar.
  • 22-49-4:High Priority - Dishmachine not sanitizing properly. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Chlorine sanitizing solution 0 ppm at the bar dishwasher machine. No sanitizing solution was present. Employee added chlorine solution bucket to the machine and adjusted it to chlorine 50 ppm. Employee added ice to lower the temperature . As per employee , just for 1 hr. **Corrective Action Taken**

  • 02B-01-5:Intermediate - Menu does not identify which items contain raw or undercooked animal foods covered by the consumer advisory. Observed raw tuna and fish ceviche offered in the establishment without advertising that are raw food items on the menu.
  • 16-37-1:Intermediate - No chemical test kit provided when using sanitizer at three-compartment sink/warewashing machine or wiping cloths. Missing quat test kit to check sanitizing solution inside 3 compartment sink and buckets and chlorine test kit for bar dishwasher machine that.
