  • 16-21-4:Basic - Accumulation of debris on exterior of warewashing machine. Observed food debris build up on the top of the dishwasher.
  • 14-01-5:Basic - Bowl or other container with no handle used to dispense food. Observed a bowl being used as a scoop in a container of rice. Operator removed the scoop. As a repeat violation the importance of following proper protocol with this violation was reinforced with the employee. Corrected On-Site Repeat Violation
  • 36-34-5:Basic - Ceiling/ceiling tiles/vents soiled with accumulated food debris, grease, dust, or mold-like substance. Observed ceiling vents above the waiter prep area with dust build up.
