Checked Dishmachine four times not sanitizing properly wash temperature 162°final rinse not reaching 160°f or above recommend to use 3 compartment sink wash, rinse and sanitize until dishmachine is repaired Engineering technician is continue to work on the dishmachine at time of inspection.
