Checked temperature of Alfredo sauce 129°f /130°f placed on the steam table removed from the hot box. Recommend to check temperature in the hot box. Before placing on the steam table front service line. Employee added more water to the hot well. Spoke to Chef reviewed the PDA information for reheating of Alfredo sauce. **Corrective Action Taken**
