- 23-03-4:Basic - Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Food residue staining under coffee grinder dispenser on top plate.

Ambient air of cooler 37F, per operator observed cooler freezing over and turned off with product inside approximately 1 hour before hand. Operator removed all time/temperature control food for safety to walk in freezer and replaced with items from walk in cooler. At conclusion of inspection only sausage and cheese still above temperature range. **Corrective Action Taken**

- 35A-02-6:High Priority - Live, small flying insects in kitchen, food preparation area, food storage area and/or bar area. Observed fly on cook line flying between drive through and the walk in cooler.
