- 14-74-7:Basic - Cold holding equipment not maintained in good repair. Do not store time/temperature control for safety food in this unit until the unit is repaired. At licensing, single door black reach in cooler at 70F. Operator had unit running for over 1 hour and temperature drop only to 64F. Operator has deep freezer but no TCS foods. Operator will get unit fixed and call back for re-inspection. Temporary license will not be provided at this time until unit is able to maintain proper working temperature Warning
