Do not store time/temperature control for safety food in this unit until the unit is repaired. Walk-in-cooler unable to maintain temperature of 41F and below. Observed no cold air coming from fan area. Operator stated she has already placed a call to have walk-in-cooler serviced. **Corrective Action Taken** Warning - From follow-up inspection 2024-08-01: At callback no change. Walk-in-cooler unable to maintain temperature of 41F and below. Ambient temperature 51F. Person in charge and,operator stated walk-in-cooler should be getting serviced later today or tomorrow. Discussed with operator foods that arrived on delivery truck today should be moved to colder temps to avoid further loss of foods. Operator spoke with person in charge to remove and place TCS foods in front cooler and or walk in freezer. Admin Complaint - From follow-up inspection 2024-08-02: At callback no change. Operator stated someone came to repair and walk-in-cooler was working early today and stopped working again so operator called and repair person on way.
