Do not store time/temperature control for safety food in this unit until the unit is repaired. Reach-in cooler next to ice machine in kitchen area unable to maintain temperature of 41F and below. Ambient temperature 52-54F. Observed box of yogurt blocking air flow in cooler. Employee removed box of yogurt and also called maintenance person on site to service cooler. **Warning** - From follow-up inspection 2024-11-22: At callback no change. Ambient temperature of reach-in cooler next to ice machine 54F. Observed warm air blowing from fans. Employee stated cooler was 45F when she arrived this morning. **Admin Complaint** - From follow-up inspection 2024-11-25: At callback: operator stated he had reach-in cooler serviced and will be getting a new cooler today.
