  • 36-73-4:Basic - Floors walls, and/or ceilings soiled/has accumulation of debris. Observed grease buildup on floor behind right side cookline fryers. Also, wall at dish pit area has mold like substance buildup. Also, ceiling vent missing at bag in box soda area in kitchen.
  • 23-03-4:Basic - Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Dust buildup on bag in box soda dispensing equipment in kitchen under missing vent. Also, interior of bar glass coolers with debris buildup. Soda plates at server area dispensers with mold like substance buildup. Also, hood filters on left side cookline with grease buildup. Also, food debris buildup on top of wing hot holding drawers. Person in charge began cleaning. **Corrective Action Taken** **Repeat Violation**
  • 16-48-4:Basic - Old food stuck to clean dishware/utensils. Observed lemon seed in clean cup at bar area. Person in charge pulled to clean. **Corrective Action Taken**
  • 29-20-5:Basic - Standing water or very slow draining water in handwash sink, three-compartment sink, or mop sink. Hand wash sink by far right of cookline slow draining.
  • 22-57-6:High Priority - Heat strip failed to turn black to indicate the sanitization temperature of 160 degrees Fahrenheit was achieved on the dish surface and/or high temperature holding thermometer did not reach 160F. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired. Dishmachine for barware only reaching 155F during inspection. Person in charge discontinued use and will utilize main dishmachine testing at 171F. **Corrective Action Taken**
