  • 14-09-4:Basic - Cutting board has cut marks and is no longer cleanable. Observed; cutting board on cook line with grooves and no longer easily cleanable. Cutting board stored above three compartment sink with grooves and no longer easily cleanable.
  • 24-08-4:Basic - Equipment and utensils not properly air-dried - wet nesting. Observed white containers on storage rack across from three compartment sink stacked on top of each other with visible moisture and unable to air dry.
