The back door and ramp are not in the current sewage field. There is a blue shed that is used by this license for old equipment, spare parts and 5T-shirts. The shed is currently not in the sewage field, but the raw sewage blocks access to the shed. The assistant manger relates there is nothing in the shed that they access on a regular basis. 2 Plumbers have been requested, none are on sight. When the toilet is flushed, the water flow increases from the clean out. Warning

The staff worked on cleaning it. ALSO, the tomato slicer blade and sliding plates had dried food debris on them. This was placed in hot soapy water to soak. **Corrective Action Taken**
