- 23-03-4:Basic - Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Observed: fan and fan base on the counter in the kitchen, are dusty/soiled.
- 25-02-4:Basic - Unwrapped single-service utensils not presented so that only the handles are touched. Observed the spoons by the juice machine are not presented handles first to the guest.
- 41-10-4:High Priority - Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Observed: quaternary amonia tablets stored over boxed raisins, in the upper cabinet.
