Observed: prep staff adjust glasses and nose, then continue with the same gloves on working on the prep line. The manager redirected the employee, who then washed hand sanitizer added gloves. - 29-42-4:High Priority - Vacuum breaker missing at mop sink faucet or on fitting/splitter added to mop sink faucet. Observed: lack of a vacuum breaker on the spout at the mop sink, ALSO, the mop sink now has a 4 way splitter, only one has a vacuum breaker and that one is attached to the chemical system.
- 22-02-4:Intermediate - Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Observed multiple tea nozzles in front and back/drive thru, have an accumulation f build up.
