  • 08A-05-6:High Priority - Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. In small glass door Pepsi cooler, raw ground beef burgers over ready-to-eat hotdogs. Operator immediately moved product for proper food storage. Discussed importance of food safety with regards to raw foods storage with manager. Manager hung sign for employees to remind them of proper raw foods storage storage procedures. Repeat Violation
