  • 49-01-4:Flammables stored/debris present in meter room. For reporting purposes only. In the room with the electrical panel there is a gas container with gasoline inside.
  • 12A-08-4:High Priority - Hot water takes too long to reach handwash sink resulting in employees using only cold water to wash their hands. The first hand wash sink, by salad bar, is not reaching the required 85 degrees. Ran for five minutes and stayed at 76 degrees.
