  • 08B-42-4:Basic - Food stored outside. Hotboxes stored outside of unit containing hot foods. Spoke with operator regarding options for storage.
  • 50-04-4:Basic - Mobile food dispensing vehicle license number not permanently affixed on the side of the unit in figures at least 2 inches high and in contrasting colors from the background of the vehicle. Repeat Violation
  • 14-73-4:Basic - No container installed for catching grease from hood drip tray on outside of unit.
  • 03A-02-5:High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. In large silver reach-in cooler cooked potatoes (47F - Cold Holding); house made coleslaw (50F - Cold Holding); cooked banana pudding with cream (48F - Cold Holding) for one hour during transport per operator . Denser foods have held temperature, unit was off during transport and is now back on with cold air. Discussed with operator use of ice or other temperature holding methods for long transport times in mobile unit.
  • 53A-03-7:Intermediate - Food manager certification expired.
