Front counter - 2 drawer low boy - deli turkey (50F) ambient cooling 1 hour at 10:30am - at 10:45am 50F; ham (50F) ambient cooling 1 hour at 10:30am - at 10:45am 50F. At this rate proper cooling will not occur. Observed ice buildup on condensing area in unit. Operator moved items to freezer to quick chill.
