Observed Red Drum fish thawing in processing commercially prepared rop. Operator is removing the fish from the bags. **Corrective Action Taken**

- 13-07-4:Basic - Employee wearing jewelry other than a plain ring on their hands/arms while preparing food. Observed employee preparing food with a watch and bracelets on their wrist, other than one plain single ring. **Repeat Violation**

- 35B-04-4:Basic - Outer openings of establishment cannot be properly sealed when not in operation. Observed light shining through the door jamb on the hinge side of the kitchen door directly leading outside to the right hand side of the kitchen as you walk in the main door.
