Observed the wiping cloth quaternary solution for the sanitizer near the hand sink on behind the front counter. At 0ppm. The operator replaced the sanitizer with a quaternary solution of 200ppm.   • 03A-02-5:High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed (47F - Cold Holding); cooked philly meat (48F - Cold Holding) on the front sandwich make line. The operator stated the above potentially hazardous foods had been restocked within the hour.
