- 29-11-4:Basic - Water leaking from pipe and/or faucet/handle. Observed at hand wash sink in rear kitchen pipe under sink leaking.
- 12A-17-4:High Priority - Employee rubbed hands together for less than 10-15 seconds while washing hands. Observed employee place soap, rub hands less than 5 seconds then rinsed and dried hands. Coached on employee on proper hand washing procedures.

Observed in rear kitchen microwave, broccoli cheddar soup (136F - Reheating); chicken noodle soup (136F - Reheating). As per employee was standing in microwave for approximately 30 minutes. Employee began to reheat soups. **Corrective Action Taken**
