Observed meat balls prepared April 16, not date marked. Items were placed in freezer on the day of preparation and taken from freezer on April 22, 2024.
- 22-56-4:Intermediate - Hot water sanitizing dishmachine final rinse not reaching proper temperature at manifold. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired. Observed temperature of dish machine less than 160F.
