Cook was asked to remove his open beverage from the food prep cutting board, he drank from the cup then went to go back to prepping raw chicken immediately after, inspector asked him to stop and remove his gloves and wash his hands, he then went to the 3compartment sink to wash hands. He was then asked to stop what he was doing and wash his hands property in the hand wash sink, he did not seem to understand what that sink was used for. Coworker explained that he needed to wash hand in the hand wash sink and he didn't understand why he couldn't use 3 compartment sink sink. He then went the hand wash sink and rinsed his hand without fully washing with soap. Corrected action was NOT fully taken. Warning
