Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Operator ran dish machine in the bar twice, both tests were 0ppm chlorine. Operator states that the dishmachine in the bar was tested this morning and was at proper ppm. The dishmachine sanitizer tube was not long enough to reach the bottom of the sanitizer. Operator replaced sanitizer and primed the dishmachine. Retest was 10ppm. Operator is to bring bar dishware to the dishmachine in the kitchen until the bar dishmachine is fixed. **Warning**
