During licensing inspection observed two compartment sink with a dishmachine. Dishmachine not working. No means of sanitation of dishes. Observed glass bowl inside dishwasher. Dishwasher was able to get to proper temperature during inspection. Temp on machine states 182 state issued thermometer internal temperature was 163. Corrected On-Site
