Observed Gouda (47F - Cold Holding); Cream Cheese (49F - Cold Holding); Raw Shell Eggs (50F - Ambient Air Temperature); Taylor Ham (47F - Cold Holding) in reach-in cooler to the right of the cook line. Operator turned cooler down and started to remove items to place in other refrigeration for rapid cooling. **Corrective Action Taken** Warning - From follow-up inspection 2025-12-01: Observed Milk (46F - Cold Holding) and Raw Shell Eggs (56F - Ambient Air Temperature) in reach-in cooler to the right of the cook line. Reach-in cooler ambient temperature at 50F. Items had been in the cooler overnight. All other items in cooler are in a cooling process. Operator has products iced down to aid in cooling process and has reached out to refrigeration company to service cooler. Operator started moving products to reach-in freezer.
