Manager stated the beans were cooked today, transported hot, then placed into warmer for hot holding. Manager began reheating beans to 165F during this inspection. **Corrective Action Taken**
- 11-26-1:Intermediate - No proof provided that food employees are informed of their responsibility to report to the person in charge information about their health and activities related to foodborne illnesses. One employee hired approximately two weeks prior has not signed the employee health reporting agreement. Manager had employee read and sign the health reporting agreement during this inspection.
