In outdoor bar area, observed environmental contamination due to sudden storm, multiple food contact and single service items exposed. Operator quickly closed storm curtains. Discussed with operator procedures for sanitation, operator began sanitizing all effective equipment and surfaces. **Corrective Action Taken**
