- 22-20-5:Basic - Accumulation of black/green mold-like substance in the interior of the ice machine/bin. Observed black mold like substance and lime scale build up inside ice machine interior next to walk in cooler in catering kitchen basement.
- 22-08-4:Basic - Interior of oven/microwave has accumulation of black substance/grease/food debris. Top of microwave interior soiled with dried food debris.
- 29-30-4:Basic - Water filter not located to facilitate disassembly for periodic servicing and cleaning. Water filter next to ice machine dated 7/4/2022.
- 22-41-4:High Priority - Dishmachine chlorine sanitizer not at proper minimum strength. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. The dish machine's chlorine sanitizer was initially testing at 0 PPM. The machine was run multiple times, and the chemical bottle was replaced with a new one.
