  • 10-08-5:Basic - Ice scoop handle in contact with ice. Observed scoop handle left with handle touching the ice. Manager corrected it. Corrected On-Site
  • 25-02-4:Basic - Unwrapped single-service utensils not presented so that only the handles are touched. Observed small forks stored with the food contact surface up. Employee inverted them . Corrected On-Site
