7-201.11 FC: Poisonous or toxic materials shall be stored so they can not contaminate food, equipment, utensils, linens, and single- service and single-use articles by: (A) Separating the poisonous or toxic materials by spacing or partitioning; and (B) Locating the poisonous or toxic materials in an area that is not above food, equipment, utensils, linens, and single-service or single-use articles. This paragraph does not apply to equipment and utensil cleaners and sanitizers that are stored in warewashing areas for availability and convenience if the materials are stored to prevent contamination of food, equipment, utensils, linens, and single-service and single-use articles. Basic 4-902.11 FC: Lubricants as specified under Section 7-205.11 shall be applied to food-contact surfaces that require lubrication in a manner that does not contaminate food-contact surfaces. 7-102.11 FC: Working containers used for storing poisonous or toxic materials such as cleaners and sanitizers taken from bulk supplies shall be clearly and individually identified with the common name of the material. 7-204.11 FC: Chemical sanitizers and other chemical antimicrobials applied to food-contact surfaces shall meet the requirements specified in 40 CFR 180.940 Tolerance exemptions for active and inert ingredients for use in antimicrobial formulations (Food-contact surface sanitizing solutions).
