4-102.11 FC: Materials that are used to make single-service and single-use articles: (A) May not: (1) Allow the migration of deleterious substances, or (2) Impart colors, odors, or tastes to food; and (B) Shall be: (1) Safe, and (2) Clean. 3-304.14(A)(2) FC: (A) Cloths in-use for wiping food spills from tableware and carry-out containers that occur as food is being served shall be: (2) Used for no other purpose.
