Description
Faucet at 3CS doesn't reach all compartments. Faucet at three-compartment sink does not reach all compartments.

4-501.16(B) FC: (B) If a warewashing sink is used to wash wiping cloths, wash produce, or thaw food, the sink shall be cleaned as specified under Section 4-501.14 before and after each time it is used to wash wiping cloths or wash produce or thaw food. Sinks used to wash or thaw food shall be sanitized as specified under Part 4-7 before and after using the sink to wash produce or thaw food. 4-603.16 FC: Washed utensils and equipment shall be rinsed so that abrasives are removed and cleaning chemicals are removed or diluted through the use of water or a detergent-sanitizer solution. 5-103.12 FC and 5-202.11(A) FC: Water under pressure shall be provided to all fixtures, equipment, and nonfood equipment that are required to use water except that water supplied as specified under Paragraphs 5-104.12(A) and (B) to a temporary food establishment or in response to a temporary interruption of a water supply need not be under pressure. 5-202.11(A) FC: Approved System and Cleanable Fixtures. (A) A plumbing system shall be designed, constructed, and installed according to law.
