Establishment has no sanitizer of any kind available in establishment. Manager stated they wash and rinse all dishes, but have not sanitized them since they are waiting to have a dish machine installed. Inspector reviewed proper warewashing procedures with manager, then manager went to the store and purchased sanitizer. Inspector set up the three-compartment sink with manager and instructed them to wash, rinse, and sanitize all dishes and food contact surfaces before use. **Corrective Action Taken**
