Manager verified with coke company soda does not touch this area during dispensing. They will send someone out to clean machine. Manager made decision not to use this machine until come cleaned.
12A-11-4:High Priority - Employee used the bathroom and then engaged in food preparation, handled clean equipment or utensils, or touched unwrapped single-service items without washing hands upon returning to employee area. Employee left kitchen, went to bathroom came back in, touched glasses and drink and began touching equipment to begin cooking. Instructed to wash hands, which she did. **Corrective Action Taken**
