Discussed with operator why the license number needed to be in 2 inch letters and where they could go on the truck. Warning
- 51-06-4:Basic - Mobile food dispensing vehicle not connected to utilities on a temporary basis. Observed trucks waste water drain placed into retention ditch behind truck. Discussed with truck operators and commissary operators what needed to be done to fix. Commissary operators will be placing a sink in that a longer hose can reach to drain waste water. Warning

Discussed with operator how to change it. Operator of commissary will be putting in a sink that truck operators can run a longer line to dump waste water into. Warning
