  • 03A-02-5:High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Shredded Cheese (47F - Cold Holding at 11:30, retemp 41F at 11:47 ) Operator stated he had just moved cheese from walk in cooler to reach in cooler. Put cheese in ice bath. Corrected On-Site
  • 11-27-4:Intermediate - Establishment has no written procedures for employees to follow in response to a vomiting or diarrheal event where the vomit or diarrhea is discharged onto surfaces in the establishment. Sent operator copy of poster.
  • 31A-09-4:Intermediate - Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Observed at hand washing sink to the left of hood vent system. Sink blocked by 4 large containers of chips.

No original documents only has printed copy's of employee training. Discussed needing original documentation with person in charge.
