Observed black growth and dust on ceiling air conditioning vents in kitchen at warewash area, also some ceiling tile rails discolored or soiled. Some areas over cookline the vents have been scoured clean with paint scoured off to metal in some areas and stains still persisting within some areas of the paint that remains. Manager resanitized areas at warewash. Manager states that the railings and tiles and vents are under bid to be replaced. **Corrective Action Taken**
