Observed 16 portions of thawed shrimp still sealed in packaging stating that fish to be removed to thaw at time of inspection.
- 16-46-4:Basic - Old labels stuck to food containers after cleaning. Observed old labels on food storage containers stored on shelf in kitchen.
- 22-02-4:Intermediate - Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Observed cutting boards are stained at time of inspection.
