- 36-37-5:Basic - Ceiling not smooth, nonabsorbent and easily cleanable in food preparation, food storage, or warewashing areas. No easily cleanable ceiling in back storage room where loves of bread are stored. **Repeat Violation**
- 36-73-4:Basic - Floor soiled/has accumulation of debris. Floors soiled around fryers with old grease and food debris.
- 10-01-5:Basic - In-use utensil in non-time/temperature control for safety food not stored with handle above top of food within a closed container. Observed scoop handle in bulk flour during inspection. Operator removed scoop. **Corrected On-Site**
- 23-03-4:Basic - Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. - Hood filters soiled with dried grease at time of inspection. Operator is scheduled for hood cleaning on 7/18/24 - Walk in shelves soiled with food debris.
- 29-08-4:Basic - Plumbing system in disrepair. Observed hand wash sink with drain pipe hanging and bucket underneath. Operator was able to temporarily fix drain pipe to have sink drain properly but states that it will fall again. Operator states that he needs one fitting to fix drain and will have done today. At time of inspection two other hand wash sinks are available in the kitchen for employee use **Corrective Action Taken**
- 31A-11-4:Intermediate - Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed metal wisk in hand wash sink by ice machine during inspection. Operator removed. **Corrected On-Site**
