  • 22-08-4:Basic - Interior of oven/microwave has accumulation of black substance/grease/food debris. Observed a heavily soiled microwave in the unit. Discussed cleaning regularly.
  • 03B-15-5:High Priority - Hot time/temperature control for safety food received at less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed butter sitting at 60F, Beef at 100F, Rice 57F. Manager stated stated that it was placed in hot holding unit about 45 minutes ago. Manager told employee to start re-heating items. **Corrective Action Taken**
