Observed missing license numbers with 2 inch stickers ,contrasting colors on side of the food truck, discussed with operator he said he will have them put on this week.
  • 50-17-3:High Priority - Operating with an expired Division of Hotels and Restaurants license. Observed Current license expired.
  • 31A-11-4:Intermediate - Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed soap and hand sanitizer stored in handwashing sink , Operator moved items to appropriate location. Corrected On-Site
